THE IRON LADY DATO' DR. MAZNAH HAMID

👉  Datuk Dr. Maznah Hamid was born in Air Hitam, Kedah.  she was married with Dato' Shaheen Mirza and they have 5 children.   Dato' Dr. Maznah is the Executive Chairman of Securiforce.  Known as Iron Lady of Malaysia, she's not only an entrepreneur but also renowned motivator  author and speaker in Malaysia.  She was among the experts to give motivational talks to businessmen, corporate, politicians, civil servants, and anyone who wants to improve themselves.  Until now she is still active in giving motivation to the community.

👉  She has a lot of hardwork in bringing direct Securiforce from an unknown entity 35 years ago, to become the largest security provider in Malaysia, successfully rising over more than a hundred other competitive similar companies.

👉  Dato' Dr. Maznah started her business with merely rm5000 from her savings compared to other companies began with capitals between rm500,000 to rm1 million.  Securiforce now having nearly 65 branches with employees reaching to almost 6000, hundreds of firearms and numerous armoured vehicles.  The services not only limited to static guard, but also include logistic, cash-in-transit, cash management, high tech cargo management, armoured trucking service and other services that provide a complete and total security package.  What is more remarkable, bullet-proof van has been designed and produced by Securiforce own business.

👉  as a result of her persistence with her team, Securiforce now has several subsidiaries companies such as Lake Fair, property developers in Bandar Tun Razak who build condominiums, penthouse and lots of shopping complex.

  Dato Dr. Maznah is a versatile woman because she started her career as a language teacher and translator for foreign ambassadors then she was opened a security company , those the largest security company in Malaysia and successfully compete with 500 other security company.  

  She also has established Maznah Motivational Centre(MMC) to help entrepreneurs and those who had failed in life or business or to motivate themselves.  She was a woman who willing to share all the knowledge and experience to public.  

  She has published several books among which is the motivation 'Hunting Success Motivation' and mini book series 'The Secret 3K Success, Happiness and Wealth'.  her work has received a positive feedback and became a bestseller book. 

  Dato' also held various positions in associations, agencies and active in politics in Malaysia, Exco Wanita UMNO and Ketua UMNO Kedah.  Every gesture and her work reflects that she is a woman of great spirit and ability in various fields.
